I've worked in technical roles similar to what Jamie does for a long time, what he is requesting is kinda standard practice in a lot of places with desigated stations and standard kits of tools or equipment. Apart from him not seeing some items, there is nothing here that strikes me as anything but a professional wanting his employees to keep the same standards he does.

Are you sure he's not just being sarcastic? I mean, from what I've seen on the show, his sense of humor is incredibly dry. I can see my old boss doing this to me...if he was really being a douche, they wouldn't have released this (I saw it OnDemand behind the scenes thing). I come from a theatre shop background, and things do need to be incredibly organized, and there is no excuse for it if it's not. Plus, I think you can hear Chris snorting/laughing. "Derailed freight train" haha.

People moaning...how many of you are a boss? None I suspect. If you are paid to fill up the stations, like it or not, agree with it or not, tough sh*t, either do it or go get yourself another job. Perhaps start your own business and then you get to make the rules. Simples.
