One of the best ways to get your dog to come to you is to take it for a walk. Let it get a little in front of you. Call it's name and when it turns to look at you, run in the opposite direction saying "come (place name here)". It triggers their pack instinct and you can train the dog to come in one or two days.

Great looking pup, and I realize she is 5 years old now, but still works.

I have 2 english settters they are sisters and both one years old i got them when they where this size there not much bigger then this though Nikki and Maeve are there names

aw my english setter, cooper, had one black ear and one white like lilly's. cooper's are both black now though. oh how those markings will change! she's gorgeous though!!

Cute puppy . I have 2 and they are wonderful pets and hunting dogs. Need a lot of exercise.

can anyone tel me what is required for an english setter? i want one someday and i dont reall know anything about them. i went to Animal Planet's website, but i want information from people with english setter experience.
