my albino is also about to get amputated ...dont they get their rears too dirty(i mea while pooping) without a hind leg
-
unfortunately i think im going to have to do the same to my bunny ):
how much was it to get it amputated?

He is so cute! How is it that he lost one of his legs? I'm just wondering because I also have a rabbit and his back leg is broken and we either have to have surgery on it or amputate his leg hind leg. If amputation works as well as it did with Martin, it seems the best way to go price wise.

One thing about animals is that they are resilient.
One of my cats had to go through cancer and had to have a tumor removed and was given 6 months to live (After the vet told us we had the option of spending $7000 on chemo, which we declined since we didn't have the money and she only had a 50% chance of living even with chemo).
Well, its been about 4 years since she had the tumor out and shes still with us (Shes 15 years old).

Martin is now neutered and bonded to a spayed female named Evie, both are being adopted this week! Yeah for Martin, thanks for your comment! Brandee
