One of the few cases, when the opening theme is actually better, then the series itself. Witch was also quite decent, compared to the stuff they show of today.

The yellow Aston Martin used in the The Persuaders is alive and well in 2012! It has been entered into this year's Classic Car of the Year competition and is through to the last 20 so it's through to the public voting stage. If you love this car give it your vote! With enough votes it will be displayed at the Classic Motor Show, NEC Birmingham,16th-18th November 2012. Danny Wilde, interpretado por Toni Curtis, era um playboy norte-americano, de origem humilde, e que enriquecera negociando petróleo, e Brett Sinclair, papel de Roger Moore, era um lorde britânico educado nos bancos universitários de Oxford. Milionários e sempre metidos em encrencas com espionagem, crime organizado e muitas mulheres. O legal dessa abertura é que ela resume a trajetória de cada um! E é claro que o humor da série explorava as diferenças culturais entre os EUA e a Inglaterra.
