In the western world all these stupid traffic regulations are have ONLY ONE purpose: MAKE MONEY FOR THE GOVERNMENTS!!! (.... and take all the fun away from driving)!!!

ive seen a dog sitting behind on a bike. and a monkey on a truck in district 1. and a few days ago i saw an old women ( around 80 years old ) sitting on top of a car while it was in traffic. pretty funny :)

In Calgary, you rarely see a pedestrian or moped on the street but the rate of people get hit by cars in the summer is one a week.

The VN govn't is going to build underground metro, IMHO, it's unrealistic because everyone in Saigon has a moped and taxi normally costs less than two dollars a trip. so why would anyone trades that for public transportations.

Back in 1997 I went to Vietnam while on leave and I was blown away by the madness that is Saigon traffic.
haha at 1:30 one guy literally has even "the kitchen sink" strapped onto his moto-bike.
