Reading Quran while on Menses

My Dear. Quran is for following. It is a message for humanity equally for men and women. Nothing bars reading it. Allah says:

وَاتَّبِعُوا أَحْسَنَ مَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكُم مِّن رَّبِّكُم مِّن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِيَكُمُ الْعَذَابُ بَغْتَةً وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَشْعُرُونَ

"Follow the best of what is revealed to you from your Lord before the torment suddenly approaches you and you will not realize how it came about". 39:55

There is no excuse for Quran. does not stop. Following fabricated hadis is risky.

What are you going to say?

Because you have two arguments here, both of which are authentic.

Now this is judging between halaal and haraam. How can you differentiate between the two and then choose one to act upon?
