idk about Canada but in america u cant take anything from anyone without a warrant i had this happen to me once i told the officer to fuck off and come back with a warrant and he still took my board, come to find out i was right cop got fired and i was entitled 5 thousand dollars just from the city and police dep. saying sorry. i love coming back and biting people in the ass.
