im glad to see that you have no problems with your appearence. but there are some other people who may have some complex, on their nose, on their body, etc. and if there is a way to make them feel better with themselves, why not do that? if it's is only one thing then there is nothing wrong with that. but of course, someone like you who thinks that those people are disgusting...well, you'd never understand. :) by the way, sorry about my english, im from bcn.

the truth is..she did look better before the job..natural and totally gorgeous.. i cannot believe how many shallow and sick people there are in this fucked up country..people getting nose jobs left and right..so fucking disgusting.
