AILA Acceleration

AILA Dream Defenders (AD2) is a collaborative pro bono project that aims to provide expert immigration pro bono legal assistance and advocacy support to DREAMers -- young adults who would qualify for relief under the DREAM Act if it were to become law. AD2 is a way for AILA members to support the movement to pass the DREAM Act and to provide much needed pro bono legal services to high achieving immigrant youth who seek to fulfill their potential in the country they call home.

The Federal Court Litigation Section is a community of AILA members interested in furthering the practice of immigration litigation. Regardless of your level of experience in Federal litigation, this section provides a platform for members to access information, receive training, share ideas on litigation-related issues, and discuss case strategy.

The AILAWiki will serve as a virtual gathering point to discover current and accumulated knowledge on any given topic as well as colleagues' related experiences. The wiki allows for sharing of information in a member's forum, serving as a living encyclopedia where knowledge of immigration law and history can be explored and explained.
