  • Great video!!! Thanks for sharing. I have a question. How did you get these stamps from different countries? Do you have lots of friends in these countries? Because of email and internet, people don't write letters anymore. It is getting really hard to collect used stamps.

  • @luoyi728 The man speaking in the video was a life long stamp collector, he stared at the age of 9 and continued till he passed away a few years ago. He had alot of friends from other countries and they did exchange letters and postage. It would be a good idea to continue this tradition so that the art of letter writing doesn't die.

  • I have some nice early stuff I could send you if you want? email me your address and I'll put ome stuff together for you. Do you collect covers? I collect pre-1940's but do have a plethora of newer stuff with a variety of cancel designs from the Duplex (which you have plenty of - the football looking "killer") and a lot of earlt town cancels. Do you collect precancels by chance? Nice to see your video and that a few good folks are still around these days. -Jeff

  • @altimateworkout they're called "perfins". They are both official and unofficial, or "private" perfins. The idea behind both types was to stop theft of the stamps for the purpose of using them to send mail.

  • altimateworkout here.
