It's interesting and probably would work well in a live club setting. But I think the bit-sampling rate on most digital cameras is just too slow (especially web-cams or cell phones)and cannot handle the rapid change in contrasts very well. I'd love to see it on stage. I noticed that on one of the pole sales web sites (maybe it was Fawnia Mondey's store)--they advertised colored, flourescent, and glow in the dark poles. But are they as strong as metal poles, I wonder?

I love this. The effect is so cool! It works so great, like if you want to dancing for a modest event of something.
