World's Greatest High Bar Blooper

During a regular H-bar practice I peeled off on what should be a simple skill. a Full Spin to El-grip. but instead i decided to hit my wrist on the bar instead of grabbing with my left and causing me to "peel" and hit a large red steel pole.:-( ouch
