You can buy the bag from here: http://store.titleboxing.com/title-liquishock-foam-water-heavy-bag.html
This is an excellent bag, absorbs punches/kicks really well which promotes less sore joints! (well if your old like me lol)

  • @ZaviahIV ..You're an Asshole

  • you have to work on your punches and put your hands up after you punch, watch people hit the heavy bags

  • Just wondering... Is that the bag with or without the foam? And if you know which one is better

  • You're a fat cunt who can't box for shit.

  • @omgstoptakingnames good information ty sir. in a sense i believe you but in another way i believe training with heavier gloves so when you use lighter gloves you're even faster works too! give it a try some time"?

  • @emkplayboy6 actually if you want better hands, use lighter gloves or bag gloves for pads/mits and heavy bags. leave the 16oz+ gloves for sparring. i used to think like that but using heavy gloves all the time doesn't really do anything for you. using lighter gloves make it easier for you to set and throw punches correctly with proper form. when you're using heavy gloves all the time, your hands get used to being sluggish.

  • @emkplayboy6 honestly dude I don't know

  • Whatever is cool
