NO, I didn't use that baking soda!!! The recipe called for baking POWDER instead of soda! I might have put too much in ... The Brute wouldn't eat the oatmeal cookies. He says he hates oatmeal. He's very fussy I guess. -roc

For your oatmeal cookies did you use baking soda or baking powder....my recipe calls for baking soda not powder. I will private message you my recipe and another recipe for an tasty appetizer that is not bad for you :)

My mistake was using a tablespoon of baking powder instead of a teaspoon!

i don't know about those cookies, but i do know a good moist cake cookie recipe. Not what you needed though huh lol
