Starting my 1980 Triumph Spitfire 1500

Here's a video starting the Spit. Has a fouled plug due to carb issues that I'm currently working on, so it doesn't run as good as it normally does..... I will put up another vid once I get the carb issues sorted out.

ive got a 72 spitfire and i rebuilt my stromburg carb and it runns great

i have a 1500 too, great cars! bin that horrible american spec bumper and stick a chrome one on

Maybe that's why his trucks never start right away becouse he abuses them!!!

I'm still running strombergs on my TR6...they are a nightmare. Someday I'll put webers on it.

Right on the money about the worthless Zenith-Strombergs! Converted my Midget 1500 to dual Mikunis, and it also has a Monza/Pacesetter header. Built the exhaust myself, however... 2" tubing, a whopping two bends in it, glasspack and Monza resonator.
