noticed your doing high reps, will this build you bigger muscles, or just get your ripped, im trying to bulk up but abit hesitant on the high reps as i hear they dont get you bigger, i dont see why they wouldnt though, what do you think?

@archedperson Didn't he mention he needs to train light because he is recovering from some tendinitis in the elbow (hence the wrap on his elbow)?!

I love training triceps, one of my favorites, but I never do skull crushers and I don't get why people do. Why bring the bar to your forehead? Makes no sense to me. Its dangerous and especially when you start having some serious weight on the bar. To me behind the head is the way to go, you get a much better stretch first of alll and the angle puts less stress on the elbows and more on the triceps where it should be than to the forehead does.
