@mmmmadre Lol. I can see why you might be a little baffled. I am speaking from an American Point of View. There are many places in America that dont really get a "Winter" season. Some places the lowest it will go is like 50F (10C). Like in Southern California you get no winter really. barely even get rain. I know I lived there.

how is it that every time I watch videos of british or american people which were uploaded in winter everybody's dressed up as if it were summer???? is the heating usually so high there?? Doesnt anyone know it's extremely wasteful and polluting and you could just wear a jumper? And also, wouldnt you be cold when you go outside anyway? (I assume you'd be wearing a coat, but how can that be enough.. I would wear at least long sleeves underneath, and I live in Italy!)

@mmmmadre Usually, when I dress like this ( and not with a million layers ) It is usually because I am going from my house to my car to a restaurant so my time in the cold last like 10 minutes overall lol
