The full (shortened) version of the Yi Jin Jing
Both exercises Yi Jin Jing and Xi Sui Jing were brought from India at the beginning of the 6th century to the Shaolin temple in China by the Buddhist Monk Bodhidharma, founder of Chan (Zen) Buddhism.
Yi Jin Jing litterally means "Classic of changing Muscles and tendons).
While Xi Sui Jing has a deeper level of action, Yi Jin Jing is a gentle and powerful Qi Gong exercise stretches the outside layers of the Body : muscles and tendons.
It is also a very good practice to loosen up between or before long periods of meditation (Zazen).
In the original version, each move is repeated 3 times. As I did not wish to make this video too long, I only show each move once. However, when you practice, it would be wiser to perform each move 3 times.
I have also posted videos of each individual moves on this channel.
