Auditions ended ages ago. We'll eventually re-open them for new characters later on but for now, we've already cast the immediate actors we need.

Depends. Personally, I think it was a great idea for PYGO to keep the original names/attacks/etc. It keeps with trying to retain what the show was like in Japanese. 4kids, miserable as their results were, changed the names so that they would be more 'relatable' to an English speaking audience. The nice thing is, now you have two options! You can watch a 'direct content' dub or a English friendly dub : ).
