Yes Taiwan does need help, but it doesn't mean we do not have good enough economic and society to join the UN.

personally I support both China and Taiwan. In the case where China kept telling how Taiwan is very out there , no culture, not as high level of education. I do not deny that. The way Taiwanese speak and their attitude is not as well trained and polite; therefore, it is more important for us to be in the UN, may others to help us reform a better culture and education lead us to be in the standard of other countries.

First of all. As a Taiwanese, i absolutely hate the fact that the president was speaking in Taiwanese about this international event. It is "international" he should speak in our official language which is mandarin chinese. Taiwan compare to China. We do not have as much support of ourself as China; therefore, i can put it out there say "we do need support from others" moreover the fact that China do not want us to be in WHO or even UN. then China should at least protect us and mentions us.
