@BFMV8196 The movie is Event Horizon.

Uhm, this is Papa Roach. Not Event Horizon.
-
Kind of a buzzkill being that I was jamming to Never Ending Apnea, but I like Papa Roach so it's fine. :D

1:56 syncs up with the music so well. Electronic scream...great choice there.

@crestfallen999 you mean the intestinal rippage and chest fisting scene when they accessed the database? lol
-
@metairie33 No I understood it was a place of pure chaos. There weren't any demons or anything and all mutulations etc are done by the crew itself, possesed by the evilness of that dimension.

@RayDH It may have gotten a low rating, but they don't speak for everyone who saw it. That said, the movie itself has gained a cult following and is highly popular with sci-fi fans and whatnot.

@toseeornot2see I don't understand either. In its genre, its one of the best. The storyline is great, the acting was ok and it was really creapy. I've always loved the film.
But ok, I'm a sucker for scifi-horror.

i think everyone saw this movie at a very young age and was consequently scarred for life. I know i was.

i don't know why IMDB and rotten tomatoes have given this movie such a low rating. I mean, its not great, but it is a pretty good movie and I believe that its the first one of its kind. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that this movie was the first to put together the idea of space ship, black holes and hell and turn it into one hell of a sci-fi horror.
