@BabyMimi00 So, she still has and does those high notes, not because she's willing to risk it all for her fans, but because she's not some amateur who just pushes air. It's because she's wise, like an expert. She has proper breath control and all. If ever there's something harmful to her voice, it's her breathy singing. High notes are healthy when everything comes together properly; proper attack/approximation of the vocal folds, breath control, overall posture, etc.
