How do you incorporate this into your workouts? Is this a complete workout within itself or a warm up, or something you do as a finish to your workout? Thanks.

do you have to do any warmup before your Flowfit rountine?

@namnguyen1969 You should always do a joint specific warm-up before exercise. Coach Sonnon's Intu-Flow program will teach you about joint mobility. In this case with FlowFit level 3, a basic spinal rock would be a joint specific warm-up for the 6th exercise in this series - Trinity Squat into Plow. Find the Degree of Freedom (DOF) being used for the exercise, then pick a warm-up that addresses that same DOF. Hope this info helps, or check out the FlowFit DVD.
