Police Officer Refusing To Identify Himself Orders Removal Of Media Gear #OccupyWallStreet

Following the Trenton police raiding and stealing everything from the Occupy Trenton site two days ago, a New Jersey State Trooper showed up at the Occupy Trenton in full uniform with no badge and no name tag, refusing to identify himself. In this video he refused to state any laws or ordinances, yet ordered the group to remove a netbook, a bicycle, and a generator being used for the live stream along with other personal items being used. The generator was not on state property, but on a sidewalk in front of a residence which is in the jurisdiction of the Trenton Police.

This time our lawyer was on site and questioned the officer who refused to answer what laws and ordinances and under what authority he was issuing such ordinances.

The order comes just to days after the NJ State Police raided Occupy Trenton, an offshoot of the Occupy Wall Street movement, and stole all signs, gear, media equipment, fliers and everything at the site.

This is another use of threats and psychological tactics being used to scare off people participating in the movement.

The video at the link below shows our lawyers instruction on how we should handle the issue, advising that we have the right to resist just as we would any common street criminal.
