Battlestations: Midway - Iowa's last stand.

In an online "Sibuyan Sea" match with the clan Imperial Storm, we were caught in a pretty intense battle.

Both the New Jersey and Iowa were caught in the midst of the entire Japanese fleet. HaloChamp 91 (my fellow clan member), handed the control of the Iowa over, and I went to work.

With the help of HaloChamp and his New Jersey (who sunk at 2:28 in this vid), I managed to sink both the Yamato and Musashi, as well as 5 Japanese Destroyers before finally being suck by a single fast destroyer that managed to sneak through and get a full salvo of torps off.

But we had managed to do enough damage to the fleet, that a few squadrons of Dauntless dive bombers were able to sink the Chikuma and win us the match.

Assuming you're talking about the small ship that runs in front of the Musashi, that'd be the IJN Hayanami. It's one of the Japanese's "fast destroyers".

More than nice handling  amazing handling i am haveing trouble beliving that imperial storm is a real clan. i mean that was a smack down frankly you should have lost but man their handling of ships was just so poor. just watching this makes me crave playing this game again.

I love how you were starting to be beat down a bit before 3:08 , then as the epic part of the music starts playing, you get a second wind and even while on fire and taking on water, you were able to take down the Yamato. :o

Just a suggestion from a destroyer hater, whenever battleships are not present, always look for torpedoes and have the repair crews there, then Iowa might have made it. But, I cant complain about your aiming, shooting, or tatical brilliance. Nice Job and I hate destroyers!
