Dude, that´s amazing, been working out for a year now and seeing som great results, but still I can´t do a simple handstand. Guess I have to work harder on ym core, since ,I for the most part, have been working my arms and upperbody.

ohhh ... the title says "How to"... i thought it was a guide...
So to do it we just need... do it... easy like that! yep i'll try and if I don't break my neck i come back and tell how it was!

@pitermont right, that's why it is called "...to improve..." and not "...to learn...". It's supposed to help those who already can do a solid handstand but have no idea of gaining mor balance and strength...

hey uhm... have you experienced blood rushing through your face? like tiny blotches of blood appearing after doing this?

@Pitchaxistheorem not really, no O_o' of course I do feel a kind of higher blood pressure but nothing harmful actually. normally I don't do handstands longer than 30 seconds and then I rest for another minute.
