  • ohhh ... the title says "How to"... i thought it was a guide...

    So to do it we just need... do it... easy like that! yep i'll try and if I don't break my neck i come back and tell how it was!

  • @pitermont right, that's why it is called "...to improve..." and not "...to learn...". It's supposed to help those who already can do a solid handstand but have no idea of gaining mor balance and strength...

  • hey uhm... have you experienced blood rushing through your face? like tiny blotches of blood appearing after doing this?

  • @Pitchaxistheorem not really, no O_o' of course I do feel a kind of higher blood pressure but nothing harmful actually. normally I don't do handstands longer than 30 seconds and then I rest for another minute.

  • Dude, that´s amazing, been working out for a year now and seeing som great results, but still I can´t do a simple handstand. Guess I have to work harder on ym core, since ,I for the most part, have been working my arms and upperbody.
