It's just one of the options I get when rendering a video on Sony Vegas. I can chose the video format, then the quality of the video. And of course almost always choose HD for you guys lol :D

Yeah I'm gonna start making random videos to help me improve my seizure-making skills, cuz it's really the only skill that I'm realy lacking in.
