This is my last video in the hospital. I forgot the final 5 days I was in there. I could have been discharged after day 5 but I couldnt urinate so they wouldnt let me leave. I was catherized 5x. 1 was the initial when I was under anestesia and the next 3 I was awake and they just drained my bladder every 6-8 hours due to me not being able to pee. They kept giving me chances and I couldnt go. So on the 5th and final time they put a folley in and left me alone fore 2 days and took it out on day 7 in hospital. The final time was very painful due to all the irritation. About 6 hours after taking it out I finally pee'd. It was like liquid gold I was sooo friggin happy.

In this video I am using the breathing device which I am so sore I can only get it up to 700 which I was suppose to get it up to a 1000. I can get it to 1500 now which is good but I am ummm 12 days post op. I am still in pain in the video. I ate and didnt throw up like most people. I did my first walking which was fine once I was up. It hurt so much on my sides to get up. It felt like I was getting stabbed with a knife everytime I attempted to get up. This pain only occured where the bar was and when I had to use that muscle. Coughing, laughing, burping hurt so much during this time. I couldnt drink any beverage with carbonation or foods that would cause gas. Very bland diet I would suggest for first 3 weeks. During day 3 - 4 they took me off my clicker and epidural out and I was in so much pain. I was on oral pain meds and didnt even know what day it was or what time it was. It was difficult on day 3 -4 and on 5 I started to come around and moved around a great deal more. I was still getting that stabbing pain when I was moved out of bed. Like it was the worst pain of my life actually. It just felt like i was being stabbed and I couldnt breath. I couldnt shower until day 4 but was in too much pain so day 5 was shower day. I couldnt even lift my hands up to wash my hair. I needed assistance with this. I finally pooped this day well and it was GREAT. The meds make you constipated to be prepared for that. Sleeping was also difficult due to my medication schedule. Every 4 hours I had to get pills ad get my BP taken. I ran a fever of 101 for day 3 - 4 but I guess is common. I suggest if you have to burp to adjust the bed so you can sit upright. That seemed to get the air up and out easier. Any more questions PM. I will show my 8 day post op video next. Hope these vids help.

  • you must be very brave making this video.

you've helped a lot of people

im going tomorrow to scopje, for an examination or something like that, and then the surgery. i have a similiar body like u.

    thanks for posting this Clinton.

    best wishes from Kosovo.

p.s. i would like to communicate with you about life after surgery. can I?

  • Sure thing man.

  • i'm getting this done in a month, i'm a little worried :x

  • Where at?

  • I went to doctor, cardiologist and I had some examinations and tests and thankfully I have no anomalies about my heart. For now my only problem is cosmetic . It is not bad looking from the front but it looks a little wierd from the side. Anyway I think I can overcome this problem by doing much more bench pressing. It will never look perfect but I think I can develop its looking maybe by training inner muscles of my chest, (the P.E zone) . . . :)

  • Ha gokhanthesilencer:

Dude hit those weights hard and focus on your chest. Dedication and time will give you some great results.

Its actually not good to have surgery that young.. I would wait later.. as it could cave back in when you go through puberty later in years..
