  • Angelic voices but quite a giggly bunch for a touring choir

  • Oh dear!

  • I was in the choir, hehe...my two brothers are in this very choir that ur watching. I believe both are soloists, but have never had as good a voice as i have, and i was only soloist a few times. Yes, the quality isn't there anymore.

  • @MelvinEU

There are still very good doctors, engineers and boys choirs out there...20 years ago you couldn't think of some medical procedures , today possible..Vienna and germany have much better boys choirs than the Wiener Sängerknaben...St. Florianer Sängerknaben, Tölzer Knabenechor, Windsbacher Knabenchor...just to name a few.

.The Vienna Boys choir is in a bad shape at the moment, but hopefully will regain its strength in the future...

  • hehe funny stuff

  • Funny boys who love to sing.

Nice performance of the WSK Boys.

  • I wanted to listen to Kalinka, one of my favorite songs, from WSK.. Hardly couldn't hear any thing... Too bad..

  • wow!!!!you've been there!!!!!

    i'm so jelouse !!

i like konrad heindl very much !!

  • ProFriend, what you point out here -aside from the Money speculation- is simply innacurate: every singer at the Vienna boys choir receives individual vocal instruction from professional trainers. Depending on their development, they will be seing their "Stimmbildner" from 2 to 4 times a week.

The "no-one-to-one-training" myth has been spread around here for a while by well intended -though lacking updated information- people. Please discontinue this chain.

  • That is nice ^.^

  • Hello Paynekill, I saw them in CA and also in Wien last year. I believe one of the soloist in this BrucknerChor was Konrad and I am not the other younger kid.

Yes, the quality is not as good as 10 or 20 years ago. It is the same as anything in our society such as Engineers and medical doctors. It is sad, but is a reality.

Thank you for sharing the comment.

  • I think it's quite funny! I love it!

  • The more happy clappy they become, the less musical, seems to me.
