It's Important to learn different languages because not only does it help us communicate with people from all over the world, but it also brings us closer as humans. By being able to understand each other we are able to understand our cultures and the customs that shape each and every one of us. We learn to be more open minded and Accepting towards each other because we are able to understand and see the daily challenges that we each face everyday. Learning another language is Beautiful.

Not only does learning a new language expand one's channel of communication, it also informs him/her about many aspects of the nation's culture, such as its etiquette.

An example would be the use of honorifics in the Japanese language; this aspect illustrates the emphasis Japanese culture places on social hierarchy (eg.age difference) and relational distance (eg.stranger vs friend)

By studying a new language, one can pick up on these delightfully unexpected insights into the nation's culture.

I have perental permission and i learn german which is so fun i got the best grade in the year last year omg i love 'Danjo' ive learnt most of the words id love to learn japanese and many other languages :) you really inspired me to bother with languages i just thought they were boring till on youtube at the side it said 'Danjo-Bekki Creul' and i though hmmmm and i totally fell inlove then with languages, your music, and this video :D

Learning another language gives the learner the ability to step inside the mind and context of that other culture. Without the ability to communicate and understand a culture on its own terms, true access to that culture is barred. Why Why is this important? In a world where nations and peoples are ever more dependent upon on another to supply goods and services, solve political disputes and other things anyways we can become friends and to help other people.

I think learning a new language is useful. It help you to make new friends and learn about different cultures and if you like travelling it's useful to know the main language spoken. If you go to Japan for example and you can't speak/read Japanese then you won't get the full experience.

Learning a new language expands our friendships around the world. When one see's another making the effort and time to learn their language, they feel surprised and happy to know that person cares enough about them to get to know them through the learning of a language. It also helps all to understand that culture, background, and get to know one another. I love learning a new language because there are so many interesting things u learn along the way and u meet many new friends ^^
