If you cannot view Youtube videos on a set-top player in HD, somebody needs to provide some updates, as the qualitiy is a lackluster.

when i play divx file with subtitles in some cases subtitles simply disappear, usually when there's 20-30 minutes left until the end of the movie. can anyone help?

nice review bro i agree i bought the LG 550 blu ray player for 164.00 and its outstanding great player thus far except my model doesnt have wifi but i have a computer and a ps3 so i guess ill live lol.

I got a question. The YouTube feature is awesome, yes, I agree, but it will not let me view or play most music videos. My guess is because of copyright... but my question is, "Is there a way around the copyright? How can I watch everything on my Blu-Ray YouTube just like my computer?" Thank you.

Hey dizzydoug ive been recently looking for a bluray player to upgrade my dvd one and im looking into this one you purchased and like how u presented it and its on the top of my list as of now. Quick question though i see that is had 1080 display mode and under that 24hz or 60hz, but does this model also include 120hz?

@LGexclusive This is different from what you're thinking about. It's doesn't have anything to do with the display's refresh rates, 60 120 240Htz etc.
It's whether or not your HDTV supports 24p cinema mode for BD disks.

Does the LG play 1080p Youtube videos in 1080p?
Like the ones offered by HDMovieTrailersHD on Youtube.

@moremost Nope. None of the YouTube set-top players play YouTube HD videos. to my knowledge.
