Hi even if you were injured you do very well and i cant even do a back walkover you can check out my video of me flipping and give me some advice of how to fix it and teach me more stuff and if you want you can look at a video of me singing! P.S My friends say I sing really good just saying haha lol :)

Keep goin doing well. Just a suggestion but perhaps rhythmic gymnastics /diving/dancing is another option 2 look into due to injuries. I am also a coach and you have beautiful body postions/lines that could prove useful for other sports. Instead of being hard on yourself about injuries. Plus, it is good 2 broaden your horizons while you are young.
I trained for 8yrs and had to quit due to injury, I have been coaching since. But I completely understand the frustration. :D Keep yur head up!

@evecantrell962 I do rhythmic but I struggle with a compressed spine- I am also doing A level dance at college (UK)
