　　Terry生活优越，喜爱依赖别人，做事没主见，逃避承担责任。国斌喜爱画画，母亲却认为这会影响学习成绩。文福需要照顾弟弟和帮母亲开档。
　　Terry父亲肉干厂的生意因台湾肉干王侵占市场而日渐衰败。他委托国斌父亲任职的广告公司设计广告，因两人有前嫌，Terry父亲对国斌父亲的创意不满，两人关系更为恶­化。
　　EM3班来了位新老师，她鼓励学生让他们建立自信。文福和Terry的成绩都有提高。国斌因达不到母亲的要求想自杀，被警方救回。母亲气昏入院，验出患了血癌。
　　为救国斌的母亲学校倡议学生和家长一起验血，Terry的骨髓合适，这次他不顾父母的反对自己作出了决定。国斌的母亲得救了。国斌的父亲帮助Terry父亲的肉干厂设计了­新的市场营销推广方案，使Terry父亲也度过的难关。
　　经此，文福的成绩有了显著的提高，Terry懂得学会自己思考和判断，国斌的画得了奖可能到美国去深造。
