Odd - why is the obituary from 1995 dated 1993? MCMXCIII = 1993 - 2 years before he died?

That's seemingly retained from the original transmission date - presumably 1993. What's odder still is that Peel mentions in his commentary that 'this is how Viv saw his life in 1991'.
