i dont get that tho? because i gota eat 3000 calouries a day to build muslce mass, but my protein intake is 200 grams a day, and my fats around 90 grams a da, and carbs about 300 or more to add up to 3000 or less, but that means to get that much carbs i gota eat carbs in every single meal?
