yeah... lets go ahead an criticize one of the hardest pieces in the rep.
very nice performance. Gwen Thrasher played this for us this summer, and wow. Its rediculous. Very nicely played and interpreted.

I like the end. When you start I am not sure are you playing or are you just warming-up. In my opinion you have to SHOW me that THIS is the Theme and HERE the variations start. It is maybe contemporary music, but it is still theme with variations. Think about it. All other-Congratzzz :-)

i dont think the beginning should slow down and speed up like that...and the resonator hit at 2:10 is epic.

Harkins, you are right.
I watched this again, and realized that I was a fool. It's quite good, certainly an example of a lot of hard work that seems to be paying off.
To be picky, I do disagree with some of the interpretive decisions, but those ARE just my opinions. In the future, I'll follow your suggestions and keep them to myself. This is an extremely difficult piece, one that I wouldn't even attempt at this time. My apologies.

First of all, Kosio is from Bulgaria. I guess that means hes the coolest.
But more importantly, no one should die. You dont make any of the right comments, you missed a lot of the important aspects that are CLEARLY played beautiful in this performance.

But more importantly, Mr. Vinao would kill you if he heard this. You don't take the right tempos, and you missed a lot of important aspects that are CLEARLY marked in the score.
