He's ending the "war" in Iraq. Though all troops will not leave there. A U.S. Military presence will always be a part of Iraq from now on. Afghanistan is an actual war, and will last alot longer than people like to accept. I'm headed over there this summer, as part of the 17,000 aditional troops.
