Forever [IIL Season 2] Chapter 3

*Nicks P.O.V.*

Its been about three weeks since the whole cheating on Kari with Railey incident. Kari constantly gives me evil stares and Railey, well, same-o. She avoids making conversations with me at all times, but Im use to it by now. Kari, well, shes became a royal... brat. She kicked me out of the bedroom, and I dont even sleep in the same bed as her! So I now sleep on the wonderful couch.

I came home from class with a crap load of homework. I swung my heavy backpack onto the couch / my bed and walked into the kitchen. There was Railey, looking more hotter than ever in short-shorts, knee-high socks, and a tank top. She was talking and laughing on the phone. Probably Chynae. I walked up to her, wrapped my arms around her waist, and laid my head on her shoulder. God, I loved her. So much. She completely ignored me and continued to talk.
Baby... I whined into her ear while swaying back and forth with her.
Chynae, I gotta go. Nicks being a douche bag. Later, she said and hung up. She pried out of my grip and faced me.
Im a douche bag because I love you?
Nick, youre more than a douche bag. Youre a cheater and-
Railey, weve been through this. Im sorry, really. You know I am. Ill do anything... please just forgive me... I love you so much,

*Raileys P.O.V.*

Nick has to be the most confusing person, well... to me he is. I know he loves me and... well, I still have feelings for him, too. I mean, Im pregnant with his baby for crying out loud. Im debating on whether to tell him or not, but either way I know I eventually have to. He intertwined his hands with mine.
Ill do anything... he said while looking into my eyes. I sighed and looked down.
Could you just... promise not to cheat on me... ever again? I said while looking back into his eyes. He smiled and softly kissed me.
I promise, he softly said. I smiled and wrapped my arms around his neck. He wrapped his arms around my waist and gave me a big hug. We stayed like this for the longest time, but I didnt care. My heart was telling me that I made the right choice, but another part of me had a regretful feeling. I just felt so secure in his arms as we gently swayed back and forth.

But then I came back down to reality. The baby. I pulled away from his warm body and sighed.
Whats wrong... he cautiously asked. I grabbed his hand and pulled him into the living room. We sat down on the couch and I faced him.
Nick... we need to talk for a minute...
We just got back together... please dont-
Im not breaking up with you, I said. He looked relived.
Okay, whats up? he asked. I tried to think of ways to put it, then one finally came to me.
Hold on, I said while getting up. I walked into my bedroom and grabbed a picture from my ultrasound. I walked back out and sat down beside him.
Railey... whats-
Nick, its time you find out...
...About what... he cluelessly said. I sighed and handed him the picture. He looked down at it and immediately looked shocked. He studied the picture then finally laid it down.
Nick, Im pregnant.

We don't have school until, well... a while. There's something wrong with my schools heat or something.

Oh yeah.

Last year we didn't get out of school until almost July.

It sucked.

But I'm an 8th graderr so we get to graduate 2 1/2 weeks before everyone else gets out of schoooool. :D

lucky! the 8th graders here just get off the day before the last day of school, and graduate then. and then the 6th & 7th graders go on a feildtrip to the beach and or the amusement park =P
