Jeremiah Wright on Fox

If anyone knows about mistrust it is me. I understand why blacks mistrust whites, but when we give in to that feeling and stop trying to trust eachother, that's when the battle will be lost.
I watch these kinds of videos to learn more, because I know how much bullshit the media sends out. Fact is, Fox News are racist to the core. They don't even try to understand the meaning of the speech before they bash it. "America has killed many people, and the relatives of those people will seek revenge."

I agree but remember how do non-whites trust people that declared themselves friends and then acted as enemies. There is no sign saying I am a racist and I am participating in a system to subjugate you. Dismantling the system will be a hard fought and hard won process. If you are serious about getting rid of it then help. Learn the truth understand what's going on then try to fix it. Here is the hard part knowing that your motives may be suspect.

Racism continues because the liberal community continues and promotes it. Bringing up the past and is not the way to live. Not for nothing but Blacks where not the only race to be used as slaves, yes it was terrible what happened during the days of slavery in the US, but its over now. We have learned from our mistakes, but its funny the politicians that keep bringing up the past are democrats. Its funny cause it was democrats who kept the black man down, but oh no we don't want to hear that!

I'd also like to add, in my country we have many immigrants. Countless of the pull the race-card for no reason on us natives everyday, and all we do is try to be understanding and friendly, but as a people, we are secluded. All white people aren't racists. Hating someone for what others do is stupid. It's like me saying "I hate you because you're black, and africans do terrible things to eachother in africa." Don't you agree that would be extremely prejudice and racist? That's all I'm saying...

Yes, they should be allowed, but my point is that they shouldn't HAVE to exist, all I'm trying to say is down with oppression and racism. As you say, to move forward we must embrace/accept the truth, but I say don't fixate on the past. I don't deny that america has MANY racists, but being racist back isn't solving anything.
What people need to learn is the difference between racism and just ignorance. Too many times have people been called racist for saying nothing related to racism.

I didn't say that the Church of England shoudl be eliminated because it was created by Henry the VIII so he can have a male heir and divorce any woman that did produce him a son. What I said was that ethnic churches have existed for over 100 years and they should continue because each church was created because of oppression and serve the communities where they are. There is nothing wrong with that.

Also telling blacks that they shouldn't bring up racism or slavery because it's in the past is also trite especially considering that oppression of racism has mutated from one century to the other. I am sorry I should have responded to this earlier. I have been busy of late. Either way I didn't say you did all those things. I said white people choose to seperate themselves and white people created color based system of oppression. I didn't say you created it. You may participate in the system but you were not it's creator. Living in Europe has no bearing on racism.
