I heard this was made in australia, note all the awkward accents trying desperately to sound american.
Also Lisa reminds me of the girl from "spaceketeers" in the 80's, might be the same chick, also example of horrible voice acting

As much as this English dub was done by Toho themselves in Japan, Hikaru's original Japanese dialogue never said "I'm not listening to a woman!'
