Ferrets on (ferret-proofed) snowy deck

Mine seemed happy for about 20 minutes before they want to come back inside. it depends on the temperature

so ferrets do well in snow? i know their body temperatures can get up to 103 F and still be normal, but how long do they usually last out in the snow before they start to shiver?

omg, the yellow/white one is absolutely adorable! Are there anything better than seeing animals enjoying themselves and having fun?

That is just too cute. We don't have anywhere we can let the ferrets play outside safely, but we have taken them out once to let them enjoy the snow...suffice to say there wasn't much 'enjoyment'...more like 'let us in, let us in! You're crazy, all of you!'
