    But "Never ascribe to malice what can be explained by incompetence." Noami Klein would not agree that such incompetence was accidental.

    1.2m deaths is STILL unconscionable. And the deaths of 500,000 children under five, and 700,000 others from sanctions, will NEVER be acceptable Madeleine Albright.
