This music is not sevillanas. Sevillanas have rithm 3/4 too, but this music is other music and dance called SEGUIDILLAS. Sevillanas is music (and dance) from de south of Spain; Seguidillas si music (and dance too) from everywhere in spain. Listening their speed, I think this seguidillas can be from de centre of Spain: La Mancha, land of Don Quixote.
