Wowzers, today's video tutorial is packed full of fabulous techniques including watercoloring, creating this super cool oval textured background, a shimmery background and this super cute mini flag banner.

Learn how to create this oval background with a piece of Stampin' Up Chipboard and the scallop oval die...true story, you're going to flip when you see it. Use this over and over again on all of the texture plates. Plus a little cheat in creating this shimmery background (which is really hard to see in the image but super cool in person) - shhhh...don't tell anyone.
