Vince Vance composed this song back in the 80's. You can see Vince on the Keyboard in this video.
A Valiant, Professor, is performing Vince's song...

  • Nope, don't recall that I was prob too young to get in to see them.

BTW I happen to like Bush. You do have a right to your opinion but I am not sure a Vince Vance & the Valiants video comment thread is the place to do it on... just my opinion. Perhaps there is some political thread you can find to vent on, but I would rather you not do it here... nothing personal, but that isn't what this is about.

    Happy New Year.

  • "I saw her last night

With red dress and sneakers" - Schwantz Lefantz (and I do think that Loftus wrote that)

  • Ed Loftus wasn't even part of the band at that time...

  • Damnibefamous I have to delete your comments because I don't like you and that is my freedom and since I am in charge here I have the power...

  • Schwantz existed before Ed joined with Vince. 'Red Dress and Sneakers' from Schwantz' 'Can't Stop' album was released before then.

Do you remember VVV's regular club gig they had WAY back when in Dallas, I think on oraround Greenville ave.? It's where I first heard of SMU Sorority bitch. I guess that's what President George "D Dubya I" Bush is striving 4 Laura.

Schwantz subbed for them there for a couple of weeks (a gig I happened to get them), and I think it's how VV came to know Ed.

  • Luke, wow! I loved Richard Heath and remember seeing him and VVVV (V3) at some dive near NW Hwy. and Skillman in Dallas, Spring Break 1982. Richard really kick-assed on the Rolling Stones "Start Me Up".

BTW: Luke, did you sing "Werewolves of London" and wear a stove-pipe hat?
