It's obvious who is more effective at helping their community and who is more effective at spreading jealousy thus encouraging resentment and racism. It's well understood: if you resent those that are more successful, it prevents you from becoming successful, because subconsciously you will resent your own success. It's well understood: if you resent those that are more successful, it prevents you from becoming successful, because subconsciously you will resent your own success.
