ILLUSION - A Short Film

A short film by Nikki Mackey and Connie Finn. We were working on a film when Nikki was diagnosed with breast cancer in Sept 2010. We decided not to let something like cancer stop us from making a movie. In December (between Nikki's chemo treatments) we filmed this short film to show both the beauty and strength of the fight, as well as convey an important message to young women. Connie directed, shot and edited this movie and we hope you will think it's as beautiful as we do. Very special thanks to VNV Nation and Metropolis Records for giving us permission to use their song "Illusion."

@sugarmami159 I'm so sorry you had to go through this too. And at 25.... wow. I am actually working on a documentary about young people with cancer and one of the girls participating is an 18 year old breast cancer patient. It breaks my heart that any of us go through this, but hearing from such young women is particularly jarring. All my best to you. <3 - Nikki
