EstHaus Woodfactory focuses on designing and manufacturing milled log houses. Being both the designer and manufacturer, we can offer more optimal solutions: we design a building according to the clients expectations and requests, and their needs.

Our motto is individual approach to clients and provision of quality services for competitive prices.

We offer our clients:

1. variety of standard solutions which are based on sound concepts and have proven successful on the market over the years.

2. suitable solution for various buildings of special purpose saunas, private dwellings, swimming pools, restaurants or a stylish hotel complex.

3.Thorough assistance with erecting the building. We have a lot of experience regarding both standard and special solutions. Of major special projects, three should be mentioned. Firstly, a hotel of 72 rooms and ca 1800 m², where the clients every wish and actual needs have been taken into account; secondly, a hotel of ca 1500 m² with suites, separate dining rooms, a discotheque and a presentable reception room; and thirdly, a spa centre with a sauna complex, swimming pools and other accompanying facilities.

Our key to success is that we supervise the project from the beginning to the very end. For this purpose, we provide:

1. Customer service assistants with practical experience (consultants), who help the end-user in finding the optimum solution.

2. Design department which, in cooperation with the engineering bureau, ensures the durability of suggested design.

3. Production unit responsible for the manufacturing of details pursuant to drawings.

4. Quality control to ensure the specific product ordered by the client.

Owing to the synergy between various subdivisions we can offer high quality service and always meet our clients requests.

We use materials of high quality and our products are compatible with the EU requirements.

We are members of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In 2008, our company was declared the best exporter in the City of Narva.

For design we use only the top programs in the field, e.g. CadWork. Thanks to long-term experience gained from combining timber as a live material with modern technological base, our projects have attracted attention both in the EU Member States and in Eastern Europe.

Our factory is located in Estonia, and owing to our knowhow and qualified specialists we are successful in carrying out even the most complicated projects. Because of intracompany logistics it is possible to efficiently test engineered solutions in the course of the designing process. This helps us to ensure that the project is completed on time, that there wont be any negative surprises upon the assembly of the building and that the final product will correspond to that seen on drawings. Thus, we can offer a comprehensive guarantee for solutions we have developed.
