Simply because they aren't that important, you can see the clips elsewhere. Plus I wanted to keep the time down to just the interviews, the clips were too long. Plus there's less risk of the videos from being taken down by related studios.
For anyone interested the clips were; Edward Scissorhands (dinner scene), Pirates of the Caribbean (Kieth Richards/Shruken head) and Alice (Mad Hatter meets Alice).
