@hexcane it is more likely that he is asking himself "are you still in love with her?" or perhaps he is taking on the role of a third party asking the question to the male character in the song.

He is playing one step down, that means you have to tune your guitar to DGCFAD.
and based on a standard tuning position he is using C, Fmaj7, G, Am .
With this you should be ok :)
This is one of my favorite song of this album. Such a deep emotional song.

Anyone know what he's playing.. I see tabs out here for G shapes w/capo @ 3rd fret but clearly that's not what he's doing???
